Standard server logs. No advertising or cross-site trackers, and no third-party analytics that profile you across sites.WhyTo administer the awards, verify entries, tell you the outcome, and send the ceremony link. Nothing else.Who sees itProgramme staff who screen entries. Judges see entries with your identity and the agency's identity removed, and never see your contact details. Sponsors never receive any of it.What we publishIf an entry places: the agency name, jurisdiction, category and your one-sentence description. Never your name, email or any other field.Sales useYour details are not passed to CityData.AI's sales team as a lead source and no sales activity is triggered by a nomination or an award. This is a published policy with a technical control behind it, described on the independence page. RetentionEntries and outcomes are kept indefinitely as programme records, because the roll is permanent. Contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.Your rightsAccess, correction, deletion, portability and objection, wherever you are — we apply the strongest applicable standard rather than the minimum. Write to privacy@govten.com and we will act within thirty days.Drafts on your deviceThe nomination form saves an unfinished draft in your own browser so you can come back to it. That draft never leaves your device until you submit, and clearing it is a button on the form.Public recordsIf you write to us from a government address, your side of that correspondence may be a public record in your jurisdiction. We write on that assumption.
